Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of booking or no less than 14 days before the commencement of the course. Failure to meet this payment deadline may result in cancellation of your booking. 

2. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels a course within 14 days of the commencement date, full payment will be charged, and no refunds will be made. In the event that a course is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred or implied as a result of cancellation by the client.

3. Course Fees
Course fees do not include venues, accommodations, refreshments, or transport for attendees. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging and venues where applicable.

4. Conduct and Attendance
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the course. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
Attendance is crucial for the successful completion of the course. If a participant is unable to attend, they should notify us as soon as possible by email.

5. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses that may occur during the course.

6. Changes to Courses
We reserve the right to modify or cancel courses at our discretion. In the event of a course cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Republic Of Ireland ,EU., and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts.
